Еще про Сороса и банкстеров 
..я давно пишу, что смысл 'истории капитализма' в восхождении ростовщиков во власть, по пути убивая своих конкурентов (аристократию и затем независимых промышленников, независимые банки и т.д.).

Сегодня ничтожная кучка банкирско-финансовых организаций владее 60-ю % всех крупнейших и крупных корпораций мира (из примерно 45000). Одновременно банкстеры же управляют принятием зконов,  режим прикрывается фанерной декорацией 'демократии', их корпорации имеют монополию на СМИ, их деньги оплачивают нужные им программы образования (и нет, дикие феминисты и прогрессивисты не завелись сами собой)

Но как? какие механизмы позволяют это делать?
..впервые я прочитал термин 'второй контур управления' у Кэррола Куигли - это был 'любимый преподаватель' у Билла Клинтона в университете. Куигли был про-банкирским, своим, допущенным к образованию 'элиты' и даже к архивам Совета по Международным Сношениям (CFR). Но он отличался  от многих придворных экономистов и историков тем, что не считал нужным скрывать доминирование 'элиты'.

'Второй контур управления' - вдобавок к официальной иерархии и организациям власти - есть куча фондов, НГО, общественных организаций, через которые настоящие владельцы общества, т.е. банкиры-ростовщики, проводят нужные им исследования в науке (давая деньги через свои организации), программы обучения в университетах (оплачивая профессорские ставки для программ с особыми условиями), в политике,  создавая 'активистов'-зеленых, феминистов и т.д. и т.д. и т.д. Если государство не дает или не имеет денег, но есть якобы 'частные пожертвователи' или 'филантрописты', то вы купите то поведение или закажете работу, которые нужны владельцам денег.

Использование частных организаций часто обманывающих названиями - выдающих себя за научные или государственные  казалось бы - имеет давнюю историю в Обществах Системного Паразитизма. Так, племянник Фрейда, творивший современную систему пиара и маркетинга в 1930е в США уже создавал ряд подставных 'институтов', которые своим якобы научным авторитетом должны были убеждать американцев что-то делать.

Использование НГО вне США тоже давно известно - например, когда ЦРУ облажалось во время переворота в Иране (1950е), было решено далее проводить акции через якобы 'частные' организации - это обеспечивало plausible deniability, т.е. 'убедительную отрицаемость' если дословно, возможность отрицать участие в акции под предлогом того, что действовали какие-то непонятные частные интересы.

И сегодня перевороты и путчи в десятках стран готовятся через вливания ресурсов из куч НГО под нейтрально-маскировочными названиями (из последних - Грузия, Армения, Украина, Киргизия  и т.д. и т.д.и т.д. )

Имя Сороса сегодня стало символом такой деятельности. Венгерский еврей очевидно один из 'банкирских генералов' (наравне с Киссинджером и почившим Бржезинским) выныривает как крот из норки то в Азии, то обрушивая английский фунт, то скупая науку в расчлененной России, затем заказывая школьные программы и учебники в ней же - плавно переходя к оплате путчей -- и одновременно он же, Сорос, оказывается стоит за анти-трамповскими прогрессивными либералами в США.

То, что я сказал - очевидность и сказано довольно обще.
А теперь конкретика - список 206 организаций, оплачиваемых Соросом только внутри США(!) список отличный, с краткими характеристиками каждой. В нем и малые, малоизвестные, и крупные. К сожалению, размер списка не даёт возможности его весь перевести.

American Family Voices: This group creates and coordinates media campaigns charging Republicans with wrongdoing.
