Luna-15 untold story.

In July 2009 Jodrell Bank Observatory (UK) released audio recording of Luna-15 tracking,
where Sir Lovell (head of the radio observatory) saying that the Luna-15 landed on the Moon Sea of Tranquility.  Fortunately, our unbias mass media provided handy transcript to NASA enthusiasts with what they should hear.
Sir Lovell is now age of 95, so he would not be much problem;
and we appreciate our soviet friends in 1969, who fully cooperated with our requests and then just said that they lost the signal.

I need you guys to help me with following questions about Luna-15:

1.  Luna-15 was in the Moon orbit on 17 July 1969. Why there was no landing attempt this day?
2.  Why Luna-15 made additional 2 orbit corrections towards alleged A-11 site?

3.  Why did Moscow sent a special envoy to UK intelligence facility in the middle of cold-war era,
asking for recording of their own space probe?  What is it for?

4.  Did he or anybody in the control room said that Luna-15 crashed?
5.  What did Lovell said about the last known location of Luna-15?

"They're coming under the frequency" [Lowell unclear]
6.  Does it mean that just before or after the moon landing Luna-15 switched to the backup radio link, according to specs:

7.  Why did Russians agree to reveal their Luna-15 Telemetry and Command Link frequencies to US, and assured that it would not interfere with Apollo?  (according to Svengrahn and others).

9.  Where are mountains at suggested crash site?  Who put Luna-15 crash location on Wikipedia in the middle of Mare Crisium (with no mountains in vicinity) that is quoted everywhere in mass media, science sites and forums, as a fact?

10.  Why did not Roskosmos release their recordings of Luna-15 mission, while widely publish articles how did they track Apollo?
