Питерских ученых обвинили в шпионаже в пользу Китая
Двух профессоров питерского "Военмеха" подозревают в выдаче гостайны китайским спецслужбам. Уголовное дело против них уже направлено в Санкт-Петербургский городской суд, пишет РБК.
Евгений Афанасьев и Святослав Бобышев обвиняются по ст. 275 УК РФ ("Государственная измена"). Если их вина будет доказана, ученым грозит до 20 лет лишения свободы.
Суть обвинения заключается в том, что во время служебной командировки в Китай ученые продали представителям китайской военной разведки секретные сведения, составляющие государственную тайну....

По такому делу собирание доказательной базы является "архисложным" занятием. Думаю, что зафиксированные подходы к ним были ещё в Питере. А товарищи китайцы, тем временем,продолжают активно шерстить просторы нашей Родины, да и не только они...
