Вот мое CV, которое я только что выложил на linkedin.com и сегодня начну выкладывать на разные сайты, типа biospace.com, indeed.com, и буду посылать рекрутерам и компаниям, которым, я думаю, нужна эффективная технология клонирования. Про русику, как вы видите, я здесь не пишу, как и про очень многие другие вещи. Пардон за English, на русский перевод пока времени нет. Но я сделаю его обязательно, потому что, даже когда я начну работать в биотех. компании в США, я буду параллельно искать работу в России. Я хотел бы, чтобы мои технологии работали на Россию.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Invented DNA cloning technology with cloning efficiency more than 1,000 times higher than that of other methods, with no size bias for short inserts, with no background of colonies without inserts and with ability to clone toxic genes and direct or inverted repeats.
Invented massive-parallel DNA synthesis technology utilizing patented cloning technology that provides more than 1000-fold cost reduction of DNA synthesis and allows quick and efficient synthesis of sequence-confirmed DNA molecules up to several million basepairs.
Invented 2 subcloning methods that allow quick and efficient gene transfer from one plasmid to another without introduction of long recombination sites into the plasmids.
Invented method of full-length cDNA synthesis utilizing thermostable reverse transcriptase with proofreading activity.
Invented method of preferential cloning of long DNA sequences (such as full-length cDNAs).
Invented high-density microarray technology that allows high-throughput, low cost DNA sequencing and screening of drug candidates with no side effects.
Invented concentrating blocks for biochemical or chemical compounds without change of solvent and any physical or chemical treatment.
Invented very low cost water desalination technology that can be used anywhere on a seashore.
Cloned main gene target of mouse E2F transcription factor and 5 high affinity gene targets of tumor suppressor p53 from human and mouse genomes.
Invented method of artificial telomere elongation without telomerase in normal human cells.

• Cloned main gene target of mouse E2F transcription factor that regulates cell cycle.
• Proved that cell-cycle-dependent transcription of mouse Histone H3 gene is regulated by several E2F sites at its 3’ end.
• Cloned high affinity gene targets of tumor suppressor p53 from human (2 genes) and mouse (3 genes) genomes.

• Invented method of artificial telomere elongation (without telomerase) in normal human cells – by expressing reverse transcriptase and RNA with CCCUAA repeats.

• Analyzed human telomerase specificity, which provided a breakthrough in understanding mechanisms of telomerase work.

Здравствуйте, Юрий.
У нас есть методика привлечения финансирования перспективных научных исследований через этот кластер: Гранты Минобрнауки РФ.
Вот в этом документе присутствует наша организация, которая в этом году выиграла грант для  ученого в размере 140 млн. рублей. Сейчас создана рабочая группа, компания (ООО), идет финансирование, плодотворная работа. Ученый также был из другого государства, его полную адаптацию в РФ финансировали мы сами.
